Kat grew up in Chesterfield, VA and attended Longwood University. She has worked for Heritage Green for almost 18 years. She truly has a passion for helping the elderly. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, listening to Dolly Parton, spending time with her family and her dogs, Tanner and Scout! If you ever visit the Daybreak neighborhood, you are surely to be greeted by a loveable black and white Aussie Doodle named, Scout!

Wrenn is a Richmond, VA native with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He lives in Mechanicsville with his wife Amy, their female orange tabby named Ali, and Redbone Coonhound named Trent. Wrenn was a professional entertainer and musician for many years and enjoys playing the guitar. His passion is making a difference in the lives of seniors with a fun, compassionate, and creative approach.

Stephanie was born and raised in Midlothian, VA, where she still resides with her cat Princess. She attended the University of Lynchburg and graduated in 2021 with her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and in 2022 with her Master of Business Administration. She joined the Heritage team in 2022. In her spare time, she enjoys running and has completed many marathons and hopes to do many more in the future.

Andrea has been the dining manager at Heritage Green for 19 years. She prides herself on providing our residents with wholesome and delicious meals and snacks prepared by her staff. Andrea manages the servers and teaches them beyond being wait staff. They are serving a special group of people with much to offer. She and her husband, Spencer, have been married for 26 years and have three children. Andrea has been blessed with 2 grandchildren, Breylan and Zoe. In her spare time, she loves to shop with her mom, bake with the grandkids or simply enjoy dinner and a movie with her husband and daughter Dayshelay. Andrea says she has learned patience from our resident. “The oldest trees often bear the sweetest Fruit.”

Chris or “Carson,” as we call him, is originally from North Eastern Ohio but moved to Richmond in 2002. He has 17 years of experience in both maintenance and plant management with 6 years in the healthcare field. He joined the Heritage Green family in 2016 and loves being a part of such a great and caring team! In his spare time, Chris loves spending time with his wife and his new baby girl Brynn. They love to travel with plans and goals of visiting each continent of the world. Carson is a huge Ohio state Buckeye fan and has 3 cats named Nala, Brutus and Blue Go Bucks!!!
